We were appointed to produce a land registry compliant drawing for the transfer of a small area of land from the rear of one property to a neighbouring property. The historical fence had the land being used by neighbouring property for years, however the deeds were incorrect and so the neighbours decided to correct to mitigate any future dispute or issue over ownership.
